What New Zealanders (that is to say, ordinary New Zealanders) think about the name Aotearoa

A poll in New Zealand showed that the majority of respondents (52%) preferred to keep the country's name as New Zealand, while only 9.6% wanted it renamed Aotearoa. The results indicate a rejection of efforts by elites to impose Aotearoa.
