JOIN NOWFormer New Zealand Rugby CEO David Moffett joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport to discuss the independent review into New Zealand Rugby's governance, findings of which were released on Thursday. A four-person panel has determined the governing body is "not fit for purpose" and recommends two key changes, one of which is the creation of a "skilled, high-performing board".
Moffett and Marty discuss the findings, and both agree it shouldn't have taken a review conducted by four people to determine how inept of an organisation New Zealand Rugby has been.
