Former New Zealand Football CEO Michael Glading & ex-All White Fred de Jong join Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport, discussing NZF's move to appoint Darren Bazeley as All Whites coach full-time. Bazeley was in the role on an interim basis after Danny Hay stepped away in 2022.

While offering congratulations and praise to the new coach, Michael, Fred and Martin can't help but feel NZF have cocked-up the appointment process. There were eight months between when Bazeley was interviewed for the job to when he was appointed, despite being labelled as the preferred candidate by NZF CEO Andrew Pragnell.

Martin Devlin is a veteran New Zealand radio and television broadcaster.
