Mike King, founder of the charity I Am Hope, joins Brendan Telfer on the show to talk about a triathlon he's running in February.

King will be one of four taking part in the race, where they will bike, swim and run a course that begins at 90 mile beach and ends at the Beehive in Wellington, in order to raise awareness for mental health in New Zealand. King explains how much of the race he will take part in, who will join him, how the idea started, their goals, and more.

Martin Devlin is a veteran New Zealand radio and television broadcaster.
