In a very special interview, Wally Lewis - a rugby league immortal, and an Australian and Queensland legend - joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport. Lewis' career began way back in 1978 playing for Valleys against Northern Suburbs, and in total he made 441 first-class appearances, won three premierships, and was part of nine State of Origin-winning sides. The man dubbed 'The King' and 'The Emperor of Lang Park', Lewis is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in rugby league history.

He talks with Devlin all about his career in the sport, how it began, his success for Queensland at Origin level, the current state of the sport including the Warriors' 2024 NRL season, and more.

Martin Devlin is a veteran New Zealand radio and television broadcaster.
