Central Pulse coach Yvette McCausland-Durie joins Martin Devlin on the show, looking ahead to the start of the 2023 ANZ netball Premiership.

The Pulse are defending champions, having defeated the Northern Stars 56-37 in last year's decider. McCausland-Durie chats to Marty about how she prepares her side for a new season, the keys to going back-to-back (she coached the Pulse to title wins in 2019 and 2020), the art of coaching, and much more.

Martin Devlin is a veteran New Zealand radio and television broadcaster.
